SERVICE INFORMATION

If a customer reports that the Intelligent Cruise Control (ICC) system will not "set" it may be that the ICC sensor lens is dirty.

A dirty sensor lens may also cause an ICC Self Diagnosis Diagnostic Trouble Code 102 (Radar Stain) to store.

Check the cleanliness of the lens before performing any diagnosis of the ICC system. Refer to the appropriate section of the Electronic Service Manual for sensor location.

Also, refer the customer to the detailed set of additional instructions and precautions in the Owner's Manual about use of the ICC system.
