DTC Confirmation Test

NOTE: If DTC confirmation procedure had been previously run, turn ignition off and wait at least 10 seconds before continuing.

Turn ignition on. On scan tool, select DATA MONITOR mode. Wait at least 5 seconds. If first trip DTC is detected, go to DIAGNOSTIC PROCEDURE . If 1st trip DTC is not detected, system is okay at this time.
