Abs/TCS Control Unit Circuit Check

  1. CHECK CONNECTOR 
    1. Turn ignition switch OFF.
    2. Check the terminals and connector of ABS/TCS control unit for damage, bend and loose connection. (control unit-side and harness-side)
    1. OK or NG 

    OK: GO TO 2.

    NG: Repair terminal or connector.

  2. CHECK HARNESS FOR OPEN CIRCUIT 
    1. Disconnect ABS/TCS control unit connector.
    2. Check resistance between ABS/TCS control unit harness connector E-162 terminals 30 (L) and 29 (R).

    1. OK or NG 

    OK: Replace ABS/TCS control unit.

    NG: Repair harness between ABS/TCS control unit and harness connector E-81.
