19. Check ECM Ground Circuit For Open And Short-II

1. Disconnect ECM harness connector.
2. Check harness continuity between ECM terminals 156, 159, 165, 168 and ground. Refer to Wiring Diagram.
   1. Continuity should exist. 
3. Also check harness for short to power.

OK or NG 

OK: GO TO 21. CHECK INTERMITTENT INCIDENT .

NG: GO TO 20.
