Radio Setup

For DE 153 series radio, complete procedure, using a scan tool, to properly set up communication:
- Connect scan tool. At Main Menu screen, select: DIAGNOSTICS. Select proper vehicle. Select BODY, platform type, radio, SPECIAL FUNCTIONS, RADIO SETUP. Press ENTER
- Select appropriate Regular Production Options (RPO) code using arrow keys and press ENTER.
- Scan tool will perform setup test. When scan tool is done, press EXIT.
- Turn ignition OFF and back to RUN and ensure radio operates properly.
