Inspection Between Driver Seat Control Unit and Data Link Connector Circuit

- CHECK CONNECTOR
- Turn ignition switch OFF.
- Disconnect the battery cable from the negative terminal.
- Check following terminals and connectors for damage, bend and loose connection (connector side and harness side).
- Harness connector B69
- Harness connector M40
OK or NG
- OK : GO TO 2.
- NG : Repair terminal or connector.
- CHECK HARNESS FOR OPEN CIRCUIT
- Disconnect harness connector B37 and harness connector B69.
- Check continuity between harness connector (A) and harness connector (B).TERMINAL CONTINUITY CHART

OK or NG
- OK : GO TO 3.
- NG : Repair harness.
- CHECK HARNESS FOR OPEN CIRCUIT
Check continuity between harness connector (A) and data link connector (B).

OK or NG
- OK : Connect all the connectors and diagnose again. Refer to "TROUBLE DIAGNOSES WORK FLOW ".
- NG : Repair harness.
