ID Registration Without Transmitter Activation Tool

  1. With the ignition switch in OFF position, connect CONSULT-II and CONSULT-II CONVERTER to the Data Link Connector (DLC). Turn ignition switch to ON position.
  2. Select "START (NISSAN BASED VHCL)".
  3. Select "AIR PRESSURE MONITOR" on "SELECT WORK ITEM" screen.
    NOTE: This screen display may not appear just after starting engine or turning ignition switch to ON position. In this case, reconnect CONSULT-II and CONSULT-II CONVERTER.
  4. Select "WORK SUPPORT" on "SELECT DIAG MODE" screen, and select "ID REGIST".
  5. Adjust the tire pressure to the specified values for ID registration, and drive the vehicle at 25 mph (40 km/h) or more for a few minutes. See ID Registration Tire Pressure Specifications (2003-04)  or ID Registration Tire Pressure Specifications (2006)  table.

  6. After completing all ID registrations, press "END" to complete the procedure.
  7. Inflate all tires to specification.
