Component Inspection

CHECK A/T SHIFT SELECTOR (DETENTION SWITCH)

Turn ignition switch OFF.
Disconnect A/T shift selector connector.
Check continuity between A/T shift selector (detention switch) terminals.

		Selector lever: P position	Selector button: Pressed	Existed
		Selector lever: Other than P position		Existed

Is the inspection result normal?

YES: INSPECTION END

NO: Replace A/T shift selector. Refer to "REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION ".
