DTC Detection Logic

NOTE:
  • If DTC B2601 is displayed with DTC U1000, first perform the trouble diagnosis for DTC U1000. Refer to "BCM: DTC LOGIC ".
  • If DTC B2601 is displayed with DTC U1010, first perform the trouble diagnosis for DTC U1010. Refer to "BCM: DTC LOGIC ".
  • If DTC B2601 is displayed with DTC B2603, first perform the trouble diagnosis for DTC B2603. Refer to "DTC LOGIC ".

B2601 SHIFT POSITION BCM detects when a difference between the shift P input signal and the shift position signal received from IPDM E/R via CAN communication continues for 2 seconds or more
  • Harness or connectors (CVT shift selector circuit is open or shorted.)
  • CVT shift selector (detention switch)
