Component Inspection

  1. CHECK FRONT DOOR SWITCH

    1. Turn ignition switch OFF.
    2. Disconnect malfunction front door switch connector.
    3. Check malfunction front door switch.
    (+) (-) Condition Continuity
    Front Door Switch
    Connector Terminal
    Driver side B16 2 Ground part of door switch Door switch pressed Not exist
    Door switch released Exists
    Passenger side B216 2 Door switch pressed Not exist
    Door switch released Exists

    Is the inspection result normal?

    YES 

    Front door switch is OK.

    NO 

    Replace malfunction front door switch. Refer to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
