Diagnostic Test

With CONSULT 

1. Turn the ignition switch ON.
2. Erase self-diagnosis for "EPS/DAST 3".
3. Turn the ignition switch OFF and wait for at least 10 seconds.
4. Start the engine.
   CAUTION:

   Never drive the vehicle.

5. Perform self-diagnosis for "EPS/DAST 3".

Is DTC "C13AF - 00" detected?

YES 

Replace steering force control module. Refer to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .

NO 

• heck enlarged contact spring of terminal. Refer to HOW TO CHECK TERMINAL .
• Perform intermittent incident while turning steering wheel. Refer to INTERMITTENT INCIDENT .
