Hood Switch

Hood switch detects that hood is open, and then transmits ON/OFF signal (2.0L turbo gasoline engine models) or open/close signal (VR30DDTT engine models) to IPDM E/R. IPDM E/R transmits hood switch signal to BCM via CAN communication. Hood switch is integrated into hood lock assembly.
