DTC Confirmation Procedure

  1. CHECK DTC PRIORITY

    If DTC B2461 - 00 is displayed with DTC U1000 - 01, first perform the confirmation procedure for DTC U1000 - 01.

    Is DTC "U1000-01" detected?

    YES 

    Perform diagnosis of applicable. Refer to DTC DESCRIPTION .

    NO 

    GO TO STEP 2  .

  2. SELF-DIAGNOSIS WITH PRE-CRASH SEAT BELT CONTROL UNIT

    1. Turn Ignition Switch ON.
    2. Check DTC in "Self-diagnostic result" mode of "PRECRASH SEATBELT" using CONSULT.

    Is DTC "B2461-00" detected?

    YES 

    Refer to DIAGNOSIS PROCEDURE .

    NO-1 

    To check malfunction symptom before repair: Refer to INTERMITTENT INCIDENT .

    NO-2 

    Confirmation after repair: INSPECTION END
