Diagnostic Test

1. Turn the ignition switch OFF.
2. Disconnect steering clutch harness connector.
3. Check continuity between steering clutch connector pin terminals.

   Steering clutch		Continuity
   Terminal
   1	3	Existed

4. Check continuity between steering clutch connector and ground.

   Steering clutch	-	Continuity
   Terminal
   1	Ground	Not existed
   3

Is the inspection result normal?

YES 

INSPECTION END

NO 

Steering clutch is malfunction. Replace steering clutch assembly. Refer to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
