Removal And Installation: Removal

  1. Remove the glove box. Refer to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
  2. Remove the instrument lower panel. Refer to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
  3. Disconnect steering force control module harness connectors.
  4. Disconnect ECM harness connectors.
  5. Remove the nuts WHITE-1 of steering force control module WHITE-2 mounting bracket.

  6. Remove the steering force control module.
    CAUTION:

    When replacing control module, replace the following control modules as a set.

    • Steering force control module
    • Steering angle main control module
    • Steering angle sub control module
