Diagnostic Test

  1. CHECK DTC

    G-20With CONSULT 

    1. Turn ignition switch ON.
    2. Perform "Self Diagnostic Results" in "TRANSMISSION".

    Is "P161A" detected?

    YES 

    Replace transmission assembly due to malfunction in TCM. Refer to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .

    NO 

    GO TO STEP 2  .

  2. CHECK DTC

    G-20With CONSULT 

    1. Shift the selector lever from "P"→"D" and "D"→"P" positions.
    2. Perform "Self Diagnostic Results" in "TRANSMISSION".

    Is "P161A" detected?

    YES 

    Replace transmission assembly due to malfunction in TCM. Refer to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .

    NO 

    INSPECTION END
