Diagnostic Test

1. Turn the ignition switch OFF.
2. Disconnect steering force motor harness connector.
3. Check the continuity between motor connector terminals.

Is the inspection result normal?

YES 

INSPECTION END

NO 

Steering force motor is malfunction. Replace steering column assembly. Refer to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
