Release Conditions Of Fail - Safe

Fail - safe is released on following conditions and normal mode is restored.

WHEN THE TEMPERATURE OF HDD/SSD IS LOW OR HIGH

If the ambient temperature becomes out of fail-safe condition range, normal mode is restored.
