Work Procedure

REPLACE ELECTRONIC STABILITY PROGRAM CONTROL UNIT

Replace the electronic stability program control unit. Refer to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .

GO TO STEP 2 .

WRITING VEHICLE SPECIFICATION

Perform the configuration. Refer to DESCRIPTION .

GO TO STEP 3 .

CALIBRATION OF ACCELERATION SENSOR

Perform the calibration of acceleration sensor. Refer to DESCRIPTION .

GO TO STEP 4 .

PERFORM VIN REGISTRATION

Perform the VIN REGISTRATION. Refer to DESCRIPTION .

GO TO STEP 5 .

CHECK ALL ECU SELF-DIAGNOSIS RESULTS
1. Erase all ECU self-diagnosis results using CONSULT.
2. Turn the ignition switch OFF.
3. Turn the ignition switch ON and wait for 2 seconds or more.
4. Check that all ECU self-diagnosis results have no DTC.
