DTC Confirmation Procedure

  1. CHECK DTC PRIORITY

    If DTC "U1000" is displayed with DTC "U1223", first perform the confirmation procedure (trouble diagnosis) for DTC "U1223".

    Is applicable DTC detected?

    YES 

    Perform diagnosis of applicable DTC. Refer to DTC DESCRIPTION .

    NO 

    GO TO STEP 2  .

  2. PERFORM DTC CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE

    G-20 With CONSULT

    1. Turn ignition switch ON.
    2. Turn ignition switch OFF and wait at least 30 seconds.
    3. Turn ignition switch ON and wait at least 30 seconds or more.
    4. Select "Self Diagnostic Result" mode of "MULTI AV" using CONSULT.
    5. Check DTC.

    Is DTC "U1000" detected?

    YES 

    Proceed to DIAGNOSIS PROCEDURE .

    NO-1 

    To check malfunction symptom before repair: Refer to INTERMITTENT INCIDENT .

    NO-2 

    Confirmation after repair: INSPECTION END
