Component Function Check

  1. CHECK BCI SYSTEM SWITCH INPUT SIGNAL

    1. Turn the ignition switch ON.
    2. Select the DATA MONITOR item "BCI SWITCH" of "ICC/ADAS" with CONSULT.
    3. While operating the BCI OFF switch, check the monitor status.
    Monitor item Condition Monitor status
    BCI SWITCH BCI OFF switch is pressed On
    BCI OFF switch is not pressed OFF

    Is the inspection result normal?

    YES 

    BCI OFF switch circuit is normal.

    NO 

    Refer to DIAGNOSIS PROCEDURE .
