Diagnostic Test
- CHECK VDC OFF INDICATOR LAMP FUNCTION (1)
Check that VDC OFF indicator lamp in combination meter turns ON for approx. 1 second after ignition switch is turned ON.
CAUTION:Never start engine.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES
GO TO STEP 2 .
NO
Proceed to diagnosis procedure. Refer to DIAGNOSIS PROCEDURE
- CHECK VDC WARNING LAMP FUNCTION (2)
Check that VDC OFF indicator lamp in combination meter turns ON/OFF when VDC OFF switch is operated.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES
INSPECTION END
NO
Check VDC OFF switch system. Refer to DIAGNOSIS PROCEDURE .
