Work Procedure

With CONSULT

1. Turn Ignition Switch ON.
2. Select "MULTI AV" of "Re/programming, Configuration" with CONSULT.
3. Select "Before ECU Replacement" of "Read / Write Configuration", and save or print the current vehicle specification. Refer to Description .
   NOTE: If "Before ECU Replacement" of "Read / Write Configuration" cannot be used, use the "Manual Configuration" after replacing Display Control Unit to write vehicle specification.

GO TO 2.

1. Turn Ignition Switch OFF.
2. Replace Display Control Unit. Refer to Removal and Installation .

GO TO 3.

With CONSULT

1. Turn Ignition Switch ON.
2. Select "MULTI AV" of "Re/programming, Configuration" with CONSULT.
3. Select "After ECU Replacement" of "Read / Write Configuration", and write the vehicle specification into the Display Control Unit. Refer to Description .

GO TO 4.

Confirm that Display Control Unit operates normally.
