Confirmation procedure

If DTC U1000 is displayed with DTC U1223, first perform the confirmation procedure (trouble diagnosis) for DTC U1223.

Is applicable DTC detected?

YES

Perform diagnosis of applicable. Refer to DTC Diagnosis Procedure .

NO

GO TO 2.

CONSULT

1. Turn ignition switch ON.
2. Turn ignition switch OFF and wait at least 30 seconds.
3. Turn ignition switch ON and wait at least 30 seconds or more.
4. Select "Self Diagnostic Result" mode of "MULTI AV" using CONSULT.
5. Check DTC.

Is DTC U1000 detected?

YES

Refer to DTC Diagnosis Procedure .

NO

To check malfunction symptom before repair: Refer to Inspection .

NO

Confirmation after repair: INSPECTION END.
