Active Test

CAUTION:

Never perform "Active Test" while driving the vehicle.
The "Active Test" cannot be performed when the following systems malfunction is displayed.
- ICC system
- Intelligent Distance Control
- LDW
- Intelligent Lane Intervention
- Blind Spot Warning
- Intelligent Blind Spot Intervention
- Intelligent Back-up Intervention
The "Active Test" cannot be performed when the Automatic Emergency Braking warning lamp is illuminated.
Shift the selector lever to "P" position, and then perform the test.

Test item	Description
METER LAMP	The MAIN switch indicator and Automatic Emergency Braking warning lamp can be illuminated by ON/OFF operations as necessary
STOP LAMP	The ICC brake hold relay can be operated by ON/OFF operations as necessary, and the stop lamp can be illuminated
ICC BUZZER	Sounds a buzzer used for following systems by arbitrarily operating ON/OFF Intelligent Cruise Control (ICC) Intelligent Distance Control Intelligent Forward Collision Warning Automatic Emergency Braking
BRAKE ACTUATOR	Activates the brake by an arbitrary operation
ACTIVE PEDAL	The accelerator pedal actuator can be operated as necessary
DCA INDICATOR	The Intelligent Distance Control system switch display can be illuminated by ON/OFF operations as necessary
LDP BUZZER	Sounds a buzzer used for following systems by arbitrarily operating ON/OFF Lane Departure Warning (LDW) Intelligent Lane Intervention Blind Spot Warning (BSW) Intelligent Blind Spot Intervention
WARNING SYSTEMS IND	The warning systems ON indicator (on warning systems switch) can be illuminated by ON/OFF operations as necessary
LDP ON IND	The Intelligent Lane Intervention ON indicator lamp can be illuminated by ON/OFF operations as necessary
LANE DEPARTURE W/L	The Lane departure warning lamp can be illuminated by ON/OFF operations as necessary
BSW/BSI WARNING LAMP	The Blind Spot warning/Intelligent Blind Spot Intervention warning lamp can be illuminated by ON/OFF operations as necessary
BSI ON INDICATOR	The Intelligent Blind Spot Intervention ON indicator can be illuminated by ON/OFF operations as necessary
BCI WARNING LAMP	The Intelligent Back-up Intervention malfunction indicator can be illuminated by ON/OFF operations as necessary

Active Pedal

CAUTION:

Shift the selector lever to "P" position, and then perform the test.
Never depress the accelerator pedal excessively. (The engine speed may rise unexpectedly when finishing the test.)

NOTE:

Depress the accelerator pedal to check when performing the test.
The test can be performed only when the engine is running.
