Component Function Check

With CONSULT

1. Start engine.
2. Check "FUEL PRES SEN V" in "DATA MONITOR" mode of "ENGINE" using CONSULT.

   Monitor Item	Condition	Values/Status
   FUEL PRES SEN V	Engine speed: Idle	730 - 1, 000 mV
   	Engine speed: Revving engine from idle to 4, 000 rpm quickly	1, 000 - 2, 900 mV

Without CONSULT

1. Start engine.
2. Check the voltage between ECM harness connector terminals as per the following conditions.

   ECM			Condition	Voltage
   Connector	+	-
   	Terminal
   F137	53	83	Engine speed: idle	0.73 - 1.0 V
   			Engine speed: Revving engine from idle to 4, 000 rpm quickly	1.0 - 2.9 V

Is the inspection result normal?

YES

INSPECTION END

NO

Proceed to Diagnosis Procedure .
