Diagnosis Procedure

CHECK STEERING WHEEL VIBRATION MOTOR ACTUATION
1. Turn the ignition switch OFF.
2. Turn the ignition switch ON.
3. Check steering wheel vibration motor actuation.
Is the inspection result normal?

YES

GO TO 2.

NO

Repair or replace the malfunctioning parts.
CHECK STEERING WHEEL INSTALLATION STATUS
Check that steering wheel is installed correctly. Refer to Exploded View .

Is the inspection result normal?

YES

GO TO 3.

NO

Install the steering wheel correctly. Refer to Removal and Installation .
CHECK ELECTRICAL LINE
Check the electrical line between steering column control module and steering wheel assembly.

Is the inspection result normal?

YES

GO TO 4.

NO

Repair or replace the malfunctioning parts.
PERFORM SELF-DIAGNOSIS OF FRONT CAMERA UNIT
With CONSULT

Perform self-diagnosis for "Front camera unit". Refer to CONSULT Function (Front camera unit) .

Is DTC detected?

YES

Check the DTC. Refer to DTC Index .

NO

Replace the steering wheel. Refer to Removal and Installation .
