CONSULT performs the following functions via the CAN communication with the around view monitor control unit.

Diagnosis mode	Description
ECU Identification	Around view monitor control unit part number can be identified.
Self Diagnostic Results	Around view monitor control unit diagnosis is performed. Current and previous malfunctions are displayed collectively.
Data Monitor	Diagnosis of vehicle signal that is received by around view monitor control unit can be performed.
Work Support	Calibration and initialization of each camera can be performed. Fine tuning of Birds-eye view can be performed. Display of predicted course line can be switched to ON/OFF. Camera screen activation enhancing display can be switched to ON/OFF. Displays causes of system cancellation occurred during system control.
Configuration	The vehicle specification that is written in around view monitor control unit can be displayed or stored. The vehicle specification can be written when around view monitor control unit is replaced.
