Additional Service When Replacing BCM: Description

• When replacing the BCM, always replace it with a new one. The functions controlled by the BCM will not operate properly in case of reuse of the BCM from another vehicle.
• After installing a new BCM service part, if the Intelligent Key UNLOCK button is pressed before performing the configuration with CONSULT -III plus, certain BCM configuration parameters will be permanently locked in the default setting; one of these parameters is Remote Engine Start.
• Before pairing the BCM and Intelligent Key unit, always write BCM configuration. Or not doing so, BCM control functions will not operate normally.

After replacing BCM, the following items must be performed. Or not doing so, BCM control function will not operate normally.

• Writing vehicle specification
• Pairing of BCM and Intelligent Key unit
• Register of vehicle identification number
• Writing MAC key
• Tire pressure sensor ID registration
