Component Inspection

1. Turn ignition switch OFF.
2. Disconnect combination switch (spiral cable) harness connector M302.
3. Check resistance between combination switch harness connector terminals under the following conditions.
   For Mexico

   M302	13 and 16	MAIN switch: Pressed	Approx. 0
   		CANCEL switch: Pressed	Approx. 250
   		SET- switch: Pressed	Approx. 660
   		RES+ switch: Pressed	Approx. 1, 480
   		All ASCD steering switches: Released	Approx. 4, 000

   Except for Mexico

   		CANCEL switch: Pressed	Approx. 250
   		SET- switch: Pressed	Approx. 660

   		All ASCD steering switches: Released	Approx. 4, 000

Is the inspection result normal?

YES

INSPECTION END

NO

Replace ASCD steering switch. Refer to STEERING WHEEL : Removal & Installation .
