ELECTRIC INTAKE VALVE TIMING CONTROL MODULE : Removal and Installation

REMOVAL 

1. Remove hoodledge cover (RH) and cowl top cover (RH). Refer to COWL TOP : Exploded View .
2. Remove the battery and battery tray. Refer to 12V BATTERY : Exploded View .
3. Move IPDM E/R and relay box to a location that does not inhibit work. Refer to IPDM E/R : Removal and Installation .
4. Remove the bracket. Refer to IPDM E/R : Removal and Installation .
5. Disconnect electric intake valve timing control module harness connector. Refer to HARNESS CONNECTOR (LEVER LOCKING TYPE) in Component Description .
6. Remove electric intake valve timing control module from the vehicle.

INSTALLATION 

Install in the reverse order of removal.
