Component Inspection

1. Turn the ignition switch OFF.
2. Disconnect main motor angle sensor harness connector.
3. Check continuity between motor angle sensor connector terminals.

Main motor angle sensor is malfunction. Replace steering gear assembly. Refer to STEERING GEAR AND LINKAGE : Removal and Installation .
