Diagnosis Procedure
- CHECK DRIVE MODE SELECT SWITCH SIGNAL CIRCUIT
- Ignition switch OFF.
- Disconnect drive mode switch harness connector and chassis control module harness connector.
- Check the continuity between drive mode switch harness connector and chassis control module harness connector.
Drive mode switch Chassis control module Continuity Connector Terminal Connector Terminal M321 3 M96 6 Existed 7 5 - Also check harness for short to ground and to power.
Is the inspection result normal?

GO TO 2.
>>
Repair / replace harness or connector.
- CHECK DRIVE MODE SELECT SWITCH GROUND CIRCUIT
Check the continuity between drive mode switch harness connector and ground.
Drive mode switch - Continuity Connector Terminal M321 4 Ground Existed Is the inspection result normal?

GO TO 3.
>>
Repair / replace harness or connector.
- CHECK DRIVE MODE SELECT SWITCH
Check drive mode select switch. Refer to Component Inspection .
Is the inspection result normal?
>>
INSPECTION END
>>
Replace drive mode select switch. Refer to Removal and Installation .
