Removal and Installation

NOTE:

The EVAP canister system pressure sensor can be removed without removing the EVAP canister.

REMOVAL

Remove EVAP canister purge hose. Refer to Removal and Installation .
Disconnect EVAP vent line from EVAP canister.
Disconnect harness connector (A) from EVAP control system pressure sensor (1), then release pawls and remove EVAP control system pressure sensor (1).

INSTALLATION

Installation is in the reverse order of removal.

CAUTION:

Do not reuse O-ring when installing new EVAP canister control pressure sensor. The EVAP canister control pressure sensor and O-ring are serviced as an assembly.
