DTC Diagnosis Procedure
- CHECK STEERING FORCE CONTROL MODULE POWER SUPPLY CIRCUIT (1)
Is the inspection result normal?
YES>>
GO TO 3.
NO>>
GO TO 2.
- CHECK STEERING FORCE CONTROL MODULE POWER SUPPLY CIRCUIT (2)

- Check the 60A fusible link (#Q).
- Check the harness for open or short between steering force control module harness connector E142 terminal 33 and the 60A fusible link (#Q).
Is the inspection result normal?
YES>>
Perform the trouble diagnosis for battery power supply circuit. Refer to appropriate Wiring Diagram.
NO>>
Repair or replace malfunctioning components.

- CHECK STEERING ANGLE SUB CONTROL MODULE POWER SUPPLY CIRCUIT (1)
Is the inspection result normal?
YES>>
GO TO 5.
NO>>
GO TO 4.
- CHECK STEERING ANGLE SUB CONTROL MODULE POWER SUPPLY CIRCUIT (2)

- Check the 100A fusible link (#Z).
- Check the harness for open or short between steering angle sub control module harness connector E145 terminal 33 and the 100A fusible link (#Z).
Is the inspection result normal?
YES>>
Perform the trouble diagnosis for battery power supply circuit. Refer to appropriate Wiring Diagram.
NO>>
Repair or replace malfunctioning components.

- PERFORM SELF-DIAGNOSIS
CONSULT
- Ignition switch ON.
- Erase "Self Diagnostic Result" mode of "DAST 1".
- Ignition switch OFF and wait for at least 10 seconds.
- Start the engine.CAUTION:
Never drive the vehicle.
- Select "Self Diagnostic Result" mode of "DAST 1".
Is DTC "C13AC-00" detected?
YES>>
Replace steering angle main control module. Refer to Removal and Installation .
NO>>
- Check enlarged contact spring of terminal. Refer to How to Check Terminal .
- Perform intermittent incident while turning steering wheel. Refer to Intermittent Incident .
