Thermal Vacuum Valve

  1. Remove thermal vacuum valve from engine and place sensing portion in water, 115-129°F (46-54°C) on I-Mark and P'UP and 97-111°F (36-44°C) on Impulse models.
  2. Blow through hoses connected to valve. Air should pass, indicating valve is open. If not, replace valve.
