Component Testing: THERMOSENSOR
- Remove air cleaner cover and place a thermocouple type thermometer on thermosensor. Replace air cleaner cover.
- With thermosensor cool, start engine and ensure hot air control valve is closed to outside air. When valve begins to move, read thermometer. It should read 100-111°F (38-44°C). If not, replace thermosensor.
