Circuit Description

Powertrain Control Module (PCM) constantly receives information from various sensors, and controls systems that affect vehicle performance. PCM consists of 2 internal sides that communicate with each other. When communication between the 2 sides is lost, PCM cannot function properly and a DTC will set.

Condition for setting this DTC is as follows:

• PCM cannot communicate between the 2 sides.
