Lack Of Power

Check fuel pressure. See BASIC TESTING article.
Check throttle cable and then throttle body for sticking and binding.
Check Throttle Position (TP) sensor. See DTC P0122, P0123, P1121 and/or P1122 in appropriate TESTS W/CODES article.
Check air cleaner and intake air pipe.
Check 3-Way Catalytic Converter (TWC) for restriction.
Check for contaminated fuel.
