Stator Coil

  1. Using an ohmmeter, check continuity between stator coil leads. If reading is .01 ohm at 68°F (20°C), replace stator coil.
  2. Connect ohmmeter between stator core and stator coil. If reading is less than 1 megohm, replace stator coil.
