NOTE:
When assembling front and rear sections, insert a stiff wire into hole in rear cover to hold brushes in raised position.
Use exploded view for disassembly and reassembly reference. See Fig 1 . Ensure brushes are not worn beyond limit line, or measure brush length. If brush length is less than .21" (5.5 mm), replace brush and brush holder. New brush length is .709" (18 mm).
