System Menu Changes

The system menu structure has been revised to enable a faster and simplified selection process. The initial fault diagnostics menu allows the selection of one of eight major vehicle areas. If the system to be tested is electric windows, for example, then option 6 Door Systems would be selected at the fault diagnostics menu.

The following details the new menu structure:-

MAIN MENU

1. Fault Diagnostics
2. Engine Set-Up
3. Connector Information
4. Multi-meter Mode
5. Disc Check
6. Reload From New Disc



Selecting option number 1 (Fault Diagnostics) will lead to the menu structure detailed on the following page. The structure ensures that access to any system test requires a similar number of operations of the keypad.
