Vehicle Speed Sensor Signal Buffer: Description and Operation

PURPOSE
Signal is interpreted as road speed and factored into various PCME calculations. Signal is also used by instrument cluster and cruise control.

OPERATION
This signal originates in the trip computer speed interface unit. From there it is sent to the PCME and the instrument pack.
