Vehicle Speed Sensor Signal Buffer: Description and Operation

PURPOSE
Signal is interpreted as road speed and factored into various ECM calculations. Signal is also used by instrument cluster for road speed display.

OPERATION
This signal originates in the ABS ECU, is sent to the instrument pack and to the ECM.
