Diagnostic Test Procedure

Check for free flow of air through the following, paying particular attention to kinked or flattened pipes:

• Filter interconnecting pipe, filter to Canister Close Valve (CCV).
• CCV.
• Interconnecting pipe (CCV to carbon canister).
• Carbon canister.
• Interconnecting pipe between carbon canisters and to fuel tank.
• Fuel tank vapor port.

If a fault found, repair as necessary. Clear DTC and perform EVAP system monitor drive cycle. See DRIVE CYCLES . If no fault is found, recheck DTC(s) and perform EVAP system monitor drive cycle. See DRIVE CYCLES .
