DTC P0635-22: Power steering control circuit - Signal amplitude > maximum: Action
- Refer to the appropriate electrical circuit wiring diagrams and check the variable assistance power steering actuator control circuits for short circuit to ground, short circuit to power, open circuit, high resistance. Repair wiring harness as required. Clear diagnostic trouble code and retest
- Refer to the appropriate electrical circuit wiring diagrams and check the power and ground connections to the instrument cluster. Using the manufacturer approved diagnostic system, complete a CAN network integrity test. Clear diagnostic trouble code and retest
- If fault persists, check and install a new instrument cluster. Refer to the warranty policy and procedures manual, or determine if any prior approval program is in operation, prior to the installation of a new module/component
