Symptom Chart

SYMPTOM POSSIBLE CAUSE ACTION
Vehicle will not Start after unlocking. The following symptoms are also present, electrical systems not working, only the central door locking works, Instrument Cluster (IC), Interactive Display Module 'A' (IDMA) and Interactive Control Display Module (ICDM) go blank and engine fails to crank, the 12v battery is fully charged. A battery reset clears the fault. An error state can occur when attempting to crank due to an issue with the GWM software. No DTC's present. GO to PINPOINT TEST A .
