Axle Shafts - Front: Description

Jeep 4WD Cherokee, Comanche and Wagoneer models use a front drive axle which incorporates either single cardan joints on Command Trac, or Constant Velocity (CV) joints on Select Trac. The cardan joints are very similar to "U" joints. The CV joints are a "Double Offset" design.
