Test TC-35C - No Vehicle Speed Sensor Signal
NOTE:
Perform TEST TC-35A before proceeding. For connector terminal ID, see CONNECTOR IDENTIFICATION DIRECTORY. For component location see wiring diagram in the WIRING DIAGRAMS

- Disconnect Powertrain Control Module (PCM) connectors. Inspect connectors and terminals for damage. Repair connectors and terminals as necessary and perform TEST VER-2A. If connectors and terminals are okay, go to next step.
- Using scan tool in voltmeter mode, check voltage on signal circuit (White/Orange wire) between VSS connector and PCM White connector. If voltage is more than 4.5 volts, replace PCM and perform TEST VER-2A. If voltage is 4.5 volts or less, repair open signal circuit and perform TEST VER-2A.
