Power Door Lock Test 2A - One Door Fails To Lock & Unlock
NOTE:
Perform POWER DOOR LOCK TEST 1A
before proceeding with this test. For connector terminal identification, refer to CONNECTOR IDENTIFICATION

article. After each repair, perform TEST VER-1A

CAUTION:
Always turn ignition switch to OFF position prior to disconnecting any module connector. Ensure all connectors are clean and tight.
- If left front door does not operate, go to POWER DOOR LOCK TEST 2B . If left front door operates, disconnect inoperative door lock motor connector. Using test light, probe door lock motor connector Black/White wire. Go to next step.
- Using scan tool, actuate door lock relay. If test light does not flash when door lock relay is actuated, repair open in Black/White wire. If test light flashes when door lock relay is actuated, go to next step.
- Using test light, probe door lock motor connector Pink/Black wire. Actuate door unlock relay. If test light does not flash when door unlock relay is actuated, repair open Pink/Black wire. If test light flashes when door unlock relay is actuated, replace door lock motor.
